Empathy and the MSN Chat in Lucid

Every chat worked in Empathy but not MSN (hotmail). This is not fatal because I'v got an Yahoo account and in this cooperates with MSN. Anyway after a while I got annoyed and searched for a solution. Finally I found one.

But to fix the problem you have to remove the telepathy-butterfly libary in Synaptics. This is not up-to date. Then restart and delete the old MSN account. Then add a new MSN account which now uses telepathy-haze automatically. Connect and it works.

I'm not sure if you need pidgin installed.
